Acupuncture
Acupuncture employs the use of thin, sterile single use needles carefully placed into specific areas of the body
Chinese Dietary Therapy
Chinese food therapy is a modality of Chinese Medicine, which encompasses a unique way to assess foods. It systematically describes, and has its significance for health preservation and illness treatment and prevention, with a focus on longevity.

Chinese Medicine classifies food according to its energetic effects rather than according to its component parts. Foods prescribed are based on what is your constitutional pattern and what are the conditions prevailing in your life and body today. What benefits one person may not be appropriate for another. Global location and current season are considered along with energetics of food and cooking methods.
Cupping
The suction within the cups creates negative pressure, which helps to increase hydration and
blood flow to body tissues, release fascia and eliminate excess fluids. From a CM perspective it
brings stagnant qi and blood to the surface and is also used diagnostically the first few sessions
based on the color response. It is a versatile treatment that can be modified for your condition.
I predominantly work with fire cupping but also use silicone and pump style.
Chinese Medicinals
Chinese Medicinals are prescribed as a stand alone or in conjunction with acupuncture to support the treatments
Balanced formulas rather than single ingredients work synergistically to harmonize your unique
constitution. You may be prescribed customized powdered formulas or pre-made tablets or
capsules.
Acupressure
Acupressure Points are special specific areas on your body that have a high electrical conductivity at the surface of the skin, and thus conduct and channel healing energy in a non invasive manner. This is typically done in conjunction with acupuncture, once the needles have been placed.
Auriculotherapy
Auriculotherapy applies the principles of acupuncture to specific points on the ear.
These points are stimulated using needles during your session, or for continued support at home, small seeds or metal balls can be held in place with a discrete adhesive bandage.
